Maybe it seems odd to make an entire post pictures of the kids on the swings (being pushed by very dear friends of ours) but it seemed to me a study in happiness. Every time we have mates come and visit from Perth we load up the dirt bikes, stuff the esky full and go for a drive. People say that there is nothing to do in Kalgoorlie but that's why god invented motor bikes, ten minutes drive in any direction is wide open space waiting to be teared up! The kids love it in the bush and so does the dog if we take him as there are a lot of baits around to catch all the feral dogs and foxes that wreck havoc on local livestock and native animals.
